Daniel Steinhauser has a passion for seeking justice. He joined Krizman Law to continue using his skills, good fortune, and experience-based expertise to help those in need. He is a dyed-in-the-wool trial attorney who thrives in the courtroom.
Mr. Steinhauser, who is fluent in Spanish, earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He spent three years as a deputy district attorney and senior deputy district attorney in Eagle County and Denver County. He handled cases at all levels from traffic and misdemeanor to human trafficking and homicide.
He fostered innovative juvenile programming in the Denver DA’s office, including a handgun intervention program, Juvenile Sobriety Court, and the Competency Court. He also has experience in handling landlord/tenant and eviction cases.
When not fighting on behalf of his clients, he plays tennis, skis, goes to concerts, plays his cello, and binges TV shows. You also can find him in seats at Nuggets, Rockies, and Broncos games.
