
David joined Maxwell + Tillman with over a decade of experience in the legal field. He has focused his legal practice as an attorney in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death. Over the last 10 years, David has specialized in motor vehicle collisions, including 18-wheeler collisions and uninsured/underinsured motorists claims, slip and fall injuries, workers compensation, and products liability claims recovering over $22 million for his clients nationwide.
David is from Marion, Alabama where he attended Marion Military Institute High School as well as completing undergraduate studies. He graduated from Samford University with a bachelor’s degree in History and earned his Juris Doctorate from Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. While attending law school, he served as a student ambassador and had the opportunity to intern at one of the country’s leading civil litigation firms as well as the honor to clerk for Supreme Court Justice Tommy Bryan.
David practices personal injury law because it is his passion. He has first-hand experience in what it means to be severely injured in an automobile collision and the steps required to navigate and finalize a claim.
