David Hartman grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, but now lives in Greenville with his wife and sons. David earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of South Carolina. He has fourteen years of litigation experience, and handles both personal injury and workers compensation cases. He has been selected as a 2013 SuperLawyers Rising Star, and in 2017 was voted one of the “Legal Elite” by his peers in workers compensation.
David and his family are members of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Greenville. He is a passionate fan of the Washington Redskins and the South Carolina Gamecocks. He also enjoys writing and playing music, and has twice been published in American Songwriter Magazine.
