Mr. Archambault has practiced criminal law exclusively since 2009. The majority of his career has been spent working as contract prosecutor, where he was hired by cities and counties throughout Minnesota to provide prosecution services. During that time he worked for over 33 cities and in 9 different counties, handling thousands of cases including DWI, assault, drug crimes, weapons cases, and many more. He was also a part of a nationally recognized law enforcement training program, and developed instructed courses on search and seizure law, best practices, and more.
After many years of working as a prosecutor, Mr. Archambault resigned his position and founded Archambault Criminal Defense. He now uses the skills and insight developed as a prosecutor to provide exceptional legal defense services to individuals accused of crimes throughout Minnesota.
