
Domenic Nicotra is a member of the workers’ compensation team at The Wilhite Law Firm. He is committed to helping injured workers navigate the legal system with confidence, compassion, and clarity. Whether advocating in the courtroom or advising a client one-on-one, Domenic brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every case.
Since being admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2015, Domenic has practiced civil litigation, criminal defense, and business law. This diverse experience gives him a broad perspective on legal challenges and enables him to craft strategic, well-rounded solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Domenic earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Marist College, where he graduated in 2008.
He has been recognized as a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and is an active member of the Workers’ Compensation Education Association and the Colorado Bar Association, reflecting his commitment to professional growth and ongoing education in his field. Domenic was honored with the “Client Advocate” award at The Wilhite Law Firm’s 2025 Winter Honors, an internal recognition voted on by his peers and colleagues for his dedication to client service and advocacy.
Known for his genuine care and steady professionalism, Domenic believes in providing full-scope representation, addressing not just the legal aspects of a case, but the human impact as well. He is approachable, responsive, and dedicated to achieving meaningful results for those he represents.
Outside of the office, Domenic enjoys playing guitar, golfing, snowboarding, playing ice hockey, and spending time outdoors.
