Mr. Gaytan attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating in only 2 ½ years. He then earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2013.
Mr. Gaytan has devoted his career to representing injured plaintiffs. After law school he joined a large personal injury firm in Dallas in 2013.
He is admitted to practice in Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and is a member of the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Bar College, Texas Young Lawyers Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association.
He is married and has children born in 2011 and 2015.
