Eliot S. Bickoff has pursued a legal career dedicated to helping clients in their most difficult times of need. He is a strong advocate for those who have been seriously injured, focusing on our clients' individual needs, while at the same time aggressively pursuing the most beneficial outcomes.
Mr. Bickoff received his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in 2004 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007. After graduating law school, Mr. Bickoff worked for some of the leading negligence law firms in New York City.
Since joining Asta & Associates, P.C. in 2009, Mr. Bickoff has worked in various practice areas, including motor vehicle cases, premises liability, labor law, wrongful death, products liability, police brutality, and employment matters.
Mr. Bickoff is directly involved in all aspects of every case he handles, from intake to trial. He has prepared and argued appeals in both the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division. Also, Mr. Bickoff has successfully represented clients in both State and Federal Courts, throughout New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Bickoff excels in analyzing, preparing, and presenting cases for mediation and trial, consistently achieving outstanding results for our clients.
In his free time, Mr. Bickoff enjoys road cycling, surfing, hiking, yoga, and travelling. He is involved in numerous religious and charitable organizations in New York and New Jersey. Along with his two brothers, Mr. Bickoff organizes a team for the annual Bike MS race in New York City.
