Erika Klie Kolenich was admitted to practice law in 2004 and is licensed in state and federal court in West Virginia and Ohio. She is a 2001 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College and a 2004 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law. Attorney Kolenich has litigated several hundred civil cases, including personal injury, discrimination and wrongful death cases. She has a proven track record as a skilled trial attorney as well as extensive appellate experience. Ms. Kolenich is also a trained mediator and has completed both basic and advanced mediation education and training. She resides in Buckhannon, West Virginia with her husband and daughter. A very active member of the community, Ms. Kolenich donates several hours of her time to local organizations including the Head Start program and Community Theatre.
