San Diego,
 CA

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Eugene relocated to San Diego in 1992 and San Diego has been home ever since. Before starting the firm in 1994, Eugene worked at prestigious law firms in Chicago, IL and Beverly Hills, CA. Since 1994, his practice has been devoted entirely to fighting for the rights of people over corporations.

"I represent victims of car accidents, not insurance companies. I fight to level the playing field when dealing with insurance companies that routinely deny claims or make 'low ball' settlement offers. I am tough, battle tested, and trusted. I devote 100% of my practice to litigation - up to and including multimillion dollar catastrophic injury cases - and my 99.7% success rate is among the best in California. Let me put my experience to work for you."
