Evan Levtow has been an associate with the firm since 2021. He has extensive litigation experience in personal injury cases, including catastrophic injuries from motor vehicle accident, construction accidents, and premises liability. Evan has expertise in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to alternate dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration, and appellate advocacy.
Evan is admitted to the New York State Bar. He graduated from The University of Maryland at College Park in 2009 with a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice and obtained his J.D. from Touro Law School. Mr. Levtow has published articles from his time on Law Review at Touro Law School.
Evan also has experience and success in appellate advocacy in the following areas of law: motor vehicle liability, serious injury threshold, premises liability, slip and fall liability.
