Attorney Fernando M. Figueroa concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and general litigation. Attorney Figueroa zealously advocates for his clients and brings passion, significant trial experience, and a proven track record of obtaining favorable outcomes in the courtroom.
Prior to joining Eden Rafferty, Attorney Figueroa was an Assistant District Attorney with the Worcester District Attorney’s Office, where he was specially assigned to the Drug Unit and Motor Vehicle Homicide Unit. During his time as a prosecutor, Attorney Figueroa prosecuted misdemeanor and felony offenses in the District and Superior Courts, such as Operating Under the Influence, Drug Trafficking, Firearm offenses, Assault and Battery, Sexual Assaults, and Motor Vehicle Homicide.
Prior to joining the practice of law, Attorney Figueroa received his Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and Dean’s List.
