Frank L. Perrone, Jr. is co-chair of the Firm’s Matrimonial & Family Law Practice and a partner in the Litigation Practice. Frank draws upon his unique experience as an Assistant District Attorney in New York for his strategic and thoughtful approach to litigation in both family law and commercial disputes.
Over the years, Frank has represented a broad range of clients navigating tough negotiations and complex court proceedings. Frank focuses his practice on the areas of divorce and family law and commercial and corporate litigation.
He handles all aspects of matrimonial and family law, as well as all phases of divorce litigation and settlement negotiations, mediations, and trials. Acting as a champion to his client’s needs, Frank counsels clients as they navigate sensitive challenges that arise in matrimonial and family law proceedings, including:
Equipped with over twenty years of litigation experience, Frank navigates the intricacies of various legal disputes and transactions in court. In addition to matrimonial and family law matters, Frank advocates on behalf of businesses and individuals in a range of commercial and corporate litigation matters, including breach of contract, employment litigation, real estate, and shareholder disputes. Additionally, Frank represents clients on issues relating to guardianship and guardianship proceedings under both Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law and Article 17-A of the Surrogate’s Court Procedure Act.
Relying on his past role as Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, New York from 1996-2003, Frank represents clients in criminal defense matters in both State and Federal court, including assisting individuals, organizations, and businesses who are under investigation.
