Gabriel S. Perez, a graduate of both UTEP and the Texas Tech School of Law, possesses extensive litigation experience. Mr. Perez has handled misdemeanor and felony jury trials in both Texas and New Mexico. Additionally, Mr. Perez has tried dozens of civil jury trials to verdict in both Texas and New Mexico, including having successfully appealed adverse rulings successfully from the trial court level all the way to the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Perez has had multiple cases at the United States Supreme Court, a feat that only a handful of attorneys can claim.
Mr. Perez has spoken at several conferences on topics including how family law intersects with the Department of Family and Protective Services as well as enforcing court orders at the Texas Association of Domestic Relations Offices annual meeting.
Currently, Mr. Perez’s clients include corporations, small companies, and individuals in the Southwest United States. Finally, Mr. Perez is an adjunct faculty member at the El Paso Community College, focusing on criminal law classes and statistical methods in business.
