In 1998, Mr. Schorr graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts. Later, he earned a doctorate in law from Texas A&M University School of Law. Since 2001, he has been licensed to practice in Texas. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of New Mexico.
