Geoffrey Schosheim is an experienced trial lawyer who has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability and other complex litigation.
Before founding GS Law, PA, Geoffrey was privileged to work with a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ firm headed by one of the most respected trial lawyers in America. There, Geoffrey handled personal injury cases ranging from general negligence to complex products liability cases. Geoffrey was also the lead attorney for the firm’s medical malpractice division. While at that firm, in 2013, Geoffrey was part of a team of trial lawyers which obtained a $53 million verdict against Ford Motor Company. The case involved the seatback and seat belt failure of a 1997 Ford Explorer which ejected a young woman out of the vehicle causing a traumatic brain injury leaving her seriously and permanently disabled. The verdict was one of the largest in the State of Florida in 2013 and earned Geoffrey recognition as one of The Top 40 under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers organization and election into the Daily Business Review’s Florida Verdicts Hall of Fame. Geoffrey is pleased to bring this wealth of experience to GS Law, PA. GS Law’s primary focus will be on, to borrow words from Geoffrey’s mentor, “the client, the client, the client.”
Geoffrey earned a JD/MBA from the University of Miami where he graduated with honors. He received a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder where he was a member of numerous national business and academic honor societies.
Geoffrey is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of The Florida Justice Association, National Trial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association.
