Giovanna is a life-long resident of Albuquerque. She attended and graduated high school at Sandia Prep. She went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University and Juris Doctor from Western New England School of Law. She was employed as a law clerk at Caruso Law Offices before becoming an attorney, and she became licensed in New Mexico in 2024.
