Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Mr. Cummings is a civil trial attorney whose practice is concentrated on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, and wrongful death cases throughout Florida. Mr. Cummings received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University College of Law.
While in law school, Mr. Cummings received highest grade awards in Legal Research and Writing, both Civil & Criminal Pretrial Practice, Medical Malpractice, and Insurance Law. He also served as Executive Justice for Teams of the Moot Court Society and Lead Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law.
Prior to joining Schuler Halvorson, Mr. Cummings worked at one of Florida’s most respected insurance defense firms. His experience as a defense attorney allows Mr. Cummings to maximize the value of his clients’ cases to ensure they receive full compensation for their injuries.
