It is Hannah Crowe’s privilege to represent plaintiffs in high-stakes matters across the country. Hannah devotes a substantial portion of her practice to seeking justice for people harmed during air travel. Her work in this area has been covered by CBS, ABC, The New York Post, and People. Hannah is also a key member of the litigation team representing hospitals in their claims against pharmaceutical companies for the wrongful marketing, distribution, and dispensation of opioids nationwide.

Hannah is a zealous oral advocate for her clients. Her recent courtroom successes include:

• Secured court adoption of favorable discovery and deposition protocols in a complex conspiracy case. 
• Compelled corporate testimony from a national retail pharmacy chain.
• Defeated an international airline’s jurisdictional attack, allowing her catastrophically injured clients’ claims to proceed in their home state of California.
• Compelled fact witness testimony from a national healthcare distributor.
• Secured summary judgment for her client, a major electronic voting hardware and software company, in a commercial litigation case.
• Compelled the collection and production of custodial files from major pharmaceutical company employees.

Hannah graduated from Harvard Law School, where she was an oralist and quarter finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition, one of the most prestigious competitions for appellate brief writing and advocacy in the country. A native Texan, Hannah graduated summa cum laude from Rice University and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to law school, Hannah worked for the Boston Consulting Group.
