Prior to joining SWMW Law, Holly L. Deihl was a partner/owner at a small plaintiff's firm and prior to that a shareholder at a large plaintiff’s firm where she co-managed the firm’s asbestos docket for Western Pennsylvania. For almost two decades, she has represented those suffering from mesothelioma, lung cancer, and other asbestos-related diseases.
Holly also has extensive experience in estate law and probate matters. She works closely with victims and their families, preferring to meet with them in their homes for in-person consultations. Holly strives to provide each client with personalized attention and individual justice.
Born and raised in a small town outside of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Holly was instilled at a young age with a strong work ethic, a sense of loyalty, devotion, and undying commitment to the compelling causes she undertakes. Both of Holly’s grandfathers were steelworkers at Bethlehem Steel in Johnstown and suffered from asbestos-related diseases. This deep connection to the devastation that asbestos exposure can cause families fuels Holly’s desire to fight for her clients. Her goal is to provide guidance and support for her clients during some of the most difficult times of their lives.
Holly L. Deihl received her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University, Altoona College in 2001 and her juris doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2004. She is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Missouri.
