The Honorable Frank N. Schellace , is a retired Judge , who presided as a Special Referee in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court in Nassau County for14 years. He also served the Law Secretary ( professional Law Clerk ) to Justice Kenneth D. Molloy for 12 years and Justice Ute Wolff Lally for 4 years in that Court. He also served as a Court Attorney of that Court for 4 years. Prior to his Judicial appointments he served as Counsel to New York State Assemblyman George Madison and Armand D'Amato. He also served as a Law Clerk and Senior Law Clerk in the Town Attorneys Office of the Town of Hempstead. A 1978 graduate of Hofstra law School , where he was selected as a Law Fellow in Civil Procedure , he received a BA degree with honors from the SUNY Stony Brook in 1975. He currently serves as a Special Master in the NYS Supreme Court in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. He has a general Law practice with a focus on Commercial Litigation and Elder Law.
