Phillip brings the same honor, courage, and commitment to his practice as he did to his service as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps. He firmly believes that sitting down with his clients and getting to know and understand them is one of the most important first steps in handling a case because it allows him to give valuable, trusted insight and advice to ensure his clients understand their legal rights and make the right choices and that he can stand as a confident advocate for them in front of a jury of their peers at trial. Phillip has been practicing for twenty years and has focused his practice areas to insurance claims, bad faith, personal injury, and wrongful death. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, with verdicts that have been recognized as Top 100 Personal Injury Verdicts in Florida, and he has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Insurance Coverage 2022-2024. Â
