Wesley Hisaw is a family law and personal injury attorney who practices throughout Tennessee and Mississippi. He authored "Post Divorce Contempt in Tough Economic Times" which appeared in the Mississippi Bar Journal. He was recognized for his pro bono work by the Mississippi Bar in 2012 by being awarded the Curtis E. Coker Access to Justice Award. In 2014, he was named as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Litigation lawyers for the State of Mississippi by the American Society of Legal Advocates and The National Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Hisaw is a member of the Mississippi Bar, Tennessee Bar, 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, Northern District of Mississippi, Southern District of Mississippi, and the Western District of Tennessee. He is a member of various legal organizations including the American Association for Justice and the Mississippi Association for Justice.
