Jamal first sparked his passion for helping those who have been injured by the reckless or negligent acts of others after he was personally involved in two major car accidents as a passenger in 2009. The experience of those events compelled Jamal to become an attorney.
Jamal graduated Magna Cum Laude on a full academic scholarship from Western State College of Law, with a certificate in Business Law. Prior to that, he graduated from the University of Oregon, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with a minor in Writing, Public Speaking, and Critical Thinking. Jamal focused the early part of his career working on real estate investments and complex litigation matters. His background enables him to settle cases through skillful negotiation to avoid the courts or, if necessary, to vigorously represent his client’s interests in litigation.
Today, Jamal aggressively advocates for clients that have been injured as an associate attorney at Case Barnett Law. In his free time, Jamal enjoys spending time with his friends and family (including his dog OG), staying active by playing basketball, and evaluating and investing in real estate throughout the United States.
