Eric Kiser is a native of West Tennessee and West Kentucky. While attending the University of Louisville as a McConnell Scholar, he double-majored in Political Science and History. Mr. Kiser is a 2015 graduate of the Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, VA. He earned his juris doctor while serving as an Honor Advocate within the school’s honor system, and he clerked for the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office and a Virginia State Court judge during law school.
Mr. Kiser began working for the Thomas Law Office’s Cincinnati, Ohio office in October 2021. Prior to coming to TLO, he worked for an excellent plaintiffs’ firm in Louisville, Kentucky representing injured people diagnosed with mesothelioma. Mr. Kiser’s primary area of practice is civil litigation, including nursing home abuse and neglect, products and premises liability, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and other personal injury matters. Mr. Kiser currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Justice Association.
In his free time, Mr. Kiser enjoys cheering for his Louisville Cardinals, reading, hiking, and spending time with his wife, son, and rescue dog, Sunny.
