Jason Clark is an associate attorney at The Downs Law Group in Coconut Grove, Florida and an Accredited-VA Attorney. Mr. Clark earned his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Florida. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
During law school, Mr. Clark took part in environmental law with a concentration in Litigation. During his time in law school he was a HOPE Public Interest Fellow and focused his internships within the environmental law sphere before beginning his legal journey as a Downs Law Group law clerk in 2020.
After graduating from law school, Clark was offered a position as an Associate Attorney and is currently involved in The Downs Law Group's mass tort litigation, including working as the lead attorney in mass tort cases against major corporations including BP and 3M as well in a class action lawsuit against the City of Miami.
