He has prepared and successfully argued appeals in multiple states, all the way up to the Seventh and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and has resolved hundreds of matters through mediations and trial settlement conferences. Over his career, Mr. Dawson has represented individuals, class members, small businesses and large corporations, including many Fortune 100/500 companies. At Frantz Law Group, Mr. Dawson represents individuals, families, and large class action participants in mass tort/product liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, wildfire recovery, commercial trucking, and public entity claims, in addition to individual and class action/PAGA employment matters. Mr. Dawson received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley where he achieved the honor of being a California Alumni Scholar. After Cal, he traveled south to attend the University of San Diego, School of Law where he achieved the honor of Best Oral Advocate during his studies.
