A native of Western North Carolina, attorney Jason A. Orndoff attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a Bachelor of Arts (1997) and Juris Doctor from the UNC School of Law (2001).
Since 2001, Jason has lived and worked in Hickory (Catawba County), NC. In 2010, Jason began the Orndoff Law Firm. For more than 25 years, Jason has focused his practice on helping people with personal injury claims and families who have lost loved ones due to wrongful death.
Jason has experience handling personal injury and wrongful death cases at all stages, including arbitration, trial and appeal.
Jason is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Catawba County Bar, and has served as President of the 36th Judicial District Bar.
Jason is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers in 2011, 2012 as well as from 2024 to 2027.
Since 2001, Jason has been a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and has served in various roles including Chair of the Political Action Committee, Board of Governors, Executive Committee member, and most recently as the organization’s President (2026-2027).
