A lifelong resident of Kansas City, Attorney Jill Presley practices law to help people in need of personal injury representation. After graduating from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts is in Political Science, she earned her Juris Doctorate in 1997 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and was admitted to the bar in both Missouri and Kansas. She then began her legal career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Jackson County, Missouri where she helped victims of violent crimes and sexual crimes and worked hard to bring perpetrators to justice.
Attorney Presley focuses most of her practice today representing people who have suffered personal injuries and wrongful death. She spends a significant amount of time working on catastrophic injury, transportation accidents, aviation accidents, and insurance bad faith claims, and is also very experienced in jury selection. Throughout her career, she has won substantial record verdicts while serving as a jury consultant.
