John T. Kirtley, III is the trial attorney for Ferrer, Poirot & Wansbrough and has practiced law since 1988. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Kirtley is licensed to practice in Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Wisconsin; the United States Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern District Courts of Texas; the United States Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court. Professional memberships include: The National Trial Lawyers Association (Top 100 Trial Lawyers); American Association for Justice; American Bar Association; Texas Trial Lawyers Association; Dallas Trial Lawyers Association; and Houston Bar Association. As a native Houstonian, Mr. Kirtley graduated with honors from the University of Houston.
