John specializes in workers’ compensation and personal injury law helping injured workers and clients. Born and raised in Iowa, he attended Drake University Law School where he received his J.D. with honors. While attending Drake University Law School, John was privileged to be part of the American Association of Justice Mock Trial team and worked as a law clerk for Lawyer, Lawyer, Dutton, Drake & Conklin, LLP. John is a Co-Author of the Iowa Practice Series: Workers’ Compensation. Before attending law school, he worked for campaigns that fought to protect the rights of injured Iowans and he continues that work for injured Iowans in his law practice. Outside of his practice, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa and their daughters.
