This is a client-focused plaintiff's practice representing people who have been seriously injured as a result of the fault of another. I have a select and small group of cases, the majority of which are the family and friends of fellow lawyers. I personally handle all of my cases.
Attorney referrals are welcome and referral fees are paid pursuant to R. 1:39-6(D). Civil liability cases from the public are welcome and accepted after consultation and any necessary investigation. I limit the number of new cases I accept and handle to assure that my clients have my undivided attention and to assure that I am available to address each clients individual needs and concerns as necessary.
With over thirty-six years of experience representing both people who have been injured and people who have been accused of injuring others, I offer my clients both practical guidance and definitive advice as their case proceeds, and powerful advocacy throughout the duration of their case through conclusion.
Consultations are encouraged, always without cost, and for as long as necessary. I believe that it is essential that my clients stay close throughout the duration of their case. Client consultations are scheduled either in person or by telephone, and at mutually convenient times and locations. Upon request I often travel to my client's homes for necessary meetings.
My focus is always, do what is best for the client. Accepted cases are billed at the clients election on either a contingency fee or hourly basis, pursuant to Court rule, and paid at the conclusion of the case from the recovered case proceeds. File costs are paid, at the clients election, either as incurred or from the case proceeds at the conclusion of the matter, and again pursuant to Court rule.
