A finalist for the New Jersey Law Journal Hall of Fame, John focuses his practice in the area of civil litigation, in particular, advocating for the rights of accident victims and those who have suffered catastrophic injuries. His legal acumen is augmented by personal experience working in the insurance industry, thus giving him a perspective that often serves to the advantage of his clients.
In addition to his work in civil litigation, John has extensive experience with workers’ compensation cases and also represents clients in employment law matters.
A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, John recently achieved wide recognition for his work on a landmark LCMV birth defect case in which he obtained a $6 million settlement for a child who contracted Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis Virus through his mother’s exposure to mice feces.
John is among the fewer than two percent of New Jersey attorneys certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. This is a designation granted to attorneys who are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in civil trial practice.
