Prior to joining the Flood Law Firm, Attorney Bak spent years as a defense attorney where he handled all aspects of insurance defense and commercial litigation. There, he developed a fundamental understanding of the ways in which large corporations and insurance companies attempt to take advantage of those in need of fair compensation for their injuries.
Attorney Bak graduated with honors from both Saint Anselm College and Quinnipiac University School of Law. While in law school, he served as the President of the Moot Court Society and earned the award of Best Overall Advocate in the Terence H. Benbow Moot Court Competition. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
Outside of work, Attorney Bak enjoys spending time with his friends and family, playing golf, and traveling.
