Biography: Mr. Fabricant has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in State and Federal Court, and has had successful jury verdicts in significant products liability, motor vehicle and personal injury cases. He has also successfully represented thousands of clients before the New Jersey Department of Labor, Division of Workers’ Compensation and the Federal Social Security Administration.
Mr. Fabricant has participated in several important cases which have resulted in published decisions including the significant appellate decision in Baracia vs. Board of Trustees of the State Police Retirement System, 420 NJ Super 1 (App. Div. 2011) which protects the rights of public sector employees who are injured in the course of their employment.
Mr. Fabricant received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College in 1988, and was a member of Phi Alpha Theta, the National History Honor Society. He received his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 1991. Tulane Environmental Law Journal from 1990-1991. Following his graduation from law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Melvin S. Whitken in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
