Jordan joined Eglet Adams in 2019 where she worked as a legal intern while attending her last year of law school. Jordan graduated UNLV’s Boyd School of Law in May 2020 and passed the 2020 summer Nevada Bar exam. She currently is practicing on Eglet Adams’ Litigation Team headed by partner, Tracy A. Eglet.

At a young age, Jordan realized she wanted to become a lawyer. Over the years, she has maintained a passion for law and politics and fighting for victims’ rights. After graduating from law school, it was a natural progression for her to rejoin the firm of Eglet Adams, known for its representation of the catastrophically injured, a firm that was founded, in part, by her father, Robert T. Eglet and stepmother, Tracy A. Eglet.

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in women’s studies at the University of Nevada, Reno. At UNR, Jordan was active in her sorority, Tri Delta, and participated in the organization’s philanthropic events and initiatives. After earning her bachelor’s degree in 2016, Jordan worked in the Senate Majority Leader’s office at the Nevada Legislature during the 2017 legislative session.

At Boyd, Jordan was an active member of the school’s mock trial team and traveled the country participating in competitions. She also served as the president of the Nevada Justice Association’s Law School Chapter, an organization that provides services and programming to educate law students about the civil justice system specifically related to plaintiff tort cases and the right to trial by jury.

Jordan participated in the Thomas & Mack Legal Mediation Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience mediating a range of disputes while assisting parties to communicate and explore mutually beneficial resolutions. She completed intensive training in mediation skills with the Clark County Neighborhood Justice Center which versed her in theories of conflict, negotiation strategy and mediation techniques.

In 2017, Jordan externed for the Honorable Judge Bare, where she observed court proceedings, attended settlement conferences, conducted legal research, drafted bench memorandums and court orders on various tort actions. In 2020, she externed at the Clark County Public Defender’s Office, where she worked alongside licensed public defenders defending the criminally accused.

Jordan is licensed to practice law in Nevada. She is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and the Clark County Bar Association.

When she’s not practicing law, Jordan enjoys traveling, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her four dogs, Maple, Riley, Onyx, and Buckeye.
