Legal Career, Education, and Background
Her prior experience includes more than four years as a Deputy District Attorney in Jefferson County, Colorado, where she represented thousands of victims. She has tried over 65 jury trials ranging from first-degree murder and sexual assault to traffic-related cases, all with an impeccable record of success. For every trial, Jordan handled the negotiation for dozens of other cases, always ensuring a just result. Representing victims and helping them navigate the court system has been one of Jordan’s most rewarding and impactful accomplishments.
Jordan attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she interned with the Honorable Judge Gordon Gallagher. While in law school, she was a part of the National Trial Team and competed nationally against top law schools, presenting both criminal and civil cases. She continues to be involved with the National Trial Team as an adjunct professor and serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
Jordan is a Colorado native and grew up on the western slope. She received her undergraduate degree from Colorado Mesa University, where she was a member of the national honors society and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Psychology. During her free time, she loves visiting the beautiful Colorado mountains, walking her two energetic dogs, and spending time with her two little boys and husband.
