Prior to joining Hanna | Perez, PC, Joseph served as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Marybeth Rogers, J.S.C. (ret.) who presided in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson vicinage. Thereafter, he was recruited by the Manhattan office of Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney to work as a litigator on toxic tort and complex product liability matters. Joseph graduated at the top of his class from New York Law School where he served as an Original Content editor for the Law Review, and was a Michael Tondel and John Marshall Harlan Scholar. Joseph also received numerous awards while in law school, including the R. Max Reich Award for excellence in Civil Trial Advocacy.
Joe is a trial attorney who has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. During the COVID pandemic, he was the first attorney in Passaic County to obtain a plaintiff’s verdict in a virtual trial. His trial experience sets him apart from other attorneys and gives him a competitive edge throughout all phases of litigation.
