Justin joined Goldasich, Vick & Fulk in 2012. Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, Justin graduated from Montgomery Academy and attended the University of Virginia where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature. Justin subsequently completed a postgraduate program at the McIntyre School of Commerce at the University of Virginia before moving to Washington, D.C. to work in national politics.
Justin attended law school at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he served as an Abraham Carruthers Fellow, President of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Students Association, and the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board.
Justin began his legal practice at a defense firm in Birmingham, Alabama where he gained experience in labor and employment, insurance defense, insurance coverage, personal injury, business litigation, construction litigation and general civil litigation matters. Justin has represented clients in both state and federal courts in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, Wisconsin, and North Carolina.
His practice at Goldasich, Vick & Fulk includes representing plaintiffs in broad based civil litigation matters, including personal injury, medical negligence, product liability, business litigation, motor vehicle collision, commercial trucking collision, contract dispute, labor and employment, and state and federal appellate court matters. Justin has obtained numerous favorable outcomes for his clients and has tried multiple cases to verdict in Alabama courts.
