Prior to joining the Law Offices of Ellis C. Smith in Lagrange, he worked as a public defender in Greenville, Georgia (Meriwether county). Kelly has represented and advised clients on best legal practices for for over 5 years. Kelly's thorough and enthusiastic approach to handling cases translates into the
continual achievement of outstanding results, including the reduction or
dismissal of charges, and when involved early on in a case, has resulted in
decisions by the prosecution not to file charges at all.
