Kelsey Gatlin Davies joined the firm in July of 2020 and practices in the Knoxville office. She is involved in several Milberg’s practice areas, including multidistrict litigation and class action cases involving environmental law, products liability, and mass toxic torts. She has also worked on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Mrs. Davies is licensed to practice in all state courts in Tennessee and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee.
Mrs. Davies earned her Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Professional Rhetoric from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2014, where she graduated with honors and was presented with the Outstanding Senior Award in English. In 2020, she graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law where she concentrated in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution, practiced as a student attorney in the Community Economic Development legal clinic, and assisted clients with both transactional and trademark matters.
In law school, Mrs. Davies served as the President of the Environmental Law Organization and Director of the 10th Annual Appalachian Public Interest Environmental Law Conference. She competed as a member of the College of Law’s National Environmental Moot Court team, for which she received the Ogden & Sullivan Best Brief Award. She earned CALI awards for achieving the highest grade in Legal Process, Trial Practice, Environmental Law & Policy, and Environmental Justice Seminar.
When she is not working, Mrs. Davies enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, young daughter, and three cats.
