When I started my legal career, I knew I wanted to do more than practice law—I wanted to help people through some of the most difficult moments in their lives. I’ve been defending clients throughout Colorado since I graduated from the University of Denver School of Law in 2005. Before that, I earned my degree in economics from Wake Forest University, which gave me a strong foundation for understanding how legal issues can ripple into every part of a person’s life—financially, professionally, and personally.

Early in my career, I worked at a large firm in the Denver area, where I focused on cases involving domestic violence, sex crimes, violent offenses, and restraining orders.
