Kevin brings his long-standing commitment to social justice to be your advocate and ensure you receive the justice you deserve. Kevin has litigated over a hundred matters throughout the country, both in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. He has obtained six-figure settlements for his clients and sued companies for violations under a variety of federal and state laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Virginia Consumer Protection Act. He has litigated cases all the way to trial, including before a jury, and won.Â

Kevin was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2018 and is also admitted to practice in the federal courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and the District of Columbia, as well as to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also litigated in arbitration in JAMS and AAA.

Prior to law school, Kevin served two years in Americorps, worked as a union organizer, and worked as a community organizer in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

He received his bachelor degree from Tufts University with honors and his juris doctorate degree from Northeastern University School of Law. Kevin has been honored as a Virginia Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 2022-2025. He has also been designated by National Trial Lawyers as Top 40 Under 40 Civil Litigators in Virginia for 2022-2025. He is a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and National Employment Law Association.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys the outdoors, being active, creating glass and metal art, gardening, and spending time with his partner and their cat.
