Kevin joined Penn Law as an associate in 2019 after working at the firm as a summer associate. Since joining the firm, Kevin has helped to recover more than $17 million in settlements for his clients. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and complex civil litigation covering a wide range of legal issues, including wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, general negligence, toxic environmental torts, childhood sexual abuse, and appellate advocacy. Kevin is admitted to practice in all state level trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, as well as the District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia.

Outside of his law practice, Kevin remains active in the Georgia legal community and has co-authored several amicus briefs on behalf of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) and American Association for Justice (AAJ) in high-profile cases before the Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.

Originally from Fort Mill, South Carolina, Kevin attended Clemson University where he competed as a scholarship athlete on the track and cross-country teams before graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology in 2015. Prior to law school, Kevin worked in a genetic toxicology lab in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina performing studies analyzing the toxic effect of various chemical compounds for research and regulatory purposes.

Kevin received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law where he served as an Articles Editor on the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. During law school, Kevin worked as a student prosecutor in the Morgan County District Attorney’s Office and as a corporate counsel extern with NCR Corporation. Prior to his summer at the firm, Kevin served as a summer fellow with UGA Law’s Wilbanks CEASE Clinic representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse in civil litigation against their abusers. During his third year, Kevin was selected as a pupil in the E. Wycliffe Orr, Sr. American Inn of Court in recognition of his commitment to advocacy.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys running, playing sports, and watching Clemson football. He lives in Vinings with his wife.
