Kevin Meenan is a trial lawyer and founding member of The Meenan Lariviere Law Firm. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1978. He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1978 where he was Lead Articles Editor of the San Diego Law Review.
Mr. Meenan served on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Boards of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the American Association for Justice. He was Editor-in-Chief of “Advocate,” CAALA’s monthly magazine received by over 8,000 California lawyers and judges. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America,® Super Lawyers,® and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has published many articles on trial practice and has been an invited speaker at many professional seminars and conventions. He has handled personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout California, and in several other states as pro hac vice counsel, including Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, and Florida.
Mr. Meenan has served on the Small Business Advisory Council of Wells Fargo Bank, the Schwab Investor Advisory Board for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and philanthropically supports of a variety of charities, educational institutions, and cultural organizations.
