Attorney Kiernan P. Perrotti is an associate in Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti, LLP’s civil litigation practice. She concentrates her practice in complex litigation matters with an emphasis in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, corporate, and construction matters. Attorney Perrotti is experienced in handling all stages of litigation spanning from intake to resolution.
Attorney Perrotti received her Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School and her Bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University where she graduated with majors in both Applied Legal Studies and Political Theory with a minor in Education. She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
Prior to Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti, LLP, Attorney Perrotti has worked both as plaintiff and defense counsel on a large variety of civil litigation matters, specializing in personal injury and premises liability matters. While attending Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Perrotti also had the opportunity to hold three different positions as an S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney, working with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, the Mental Health Litigation Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services, and Suffolk University’s Health Law Clinic.
