By doing so, he gives himself the perspective to take the case personally and fight for his clients as if they were his own family. Landon knows that each case requires personalized representation specific to each situation. Although clients are simply just another number to the insurance companies, Landon understands that they are loved ones to someone. What happens to his clients matters to him.
One of Landon’s notable cases includes him assisting in a carbon-monoxide poisoning case, where it was alleged an apartment complex intentionally bypassed safety cutoffs, causing individuals to succumb to carbon monoxide poisoning. The case settled for a confidential amount on the morning of the trial. In addition, another notable case of Landon’s includes the time when he assisted a client in his 50s who was injured in a minor bus accident. The client had a severe TBI from a previous car wreck and found himself in a less than ideal financial position. Through his hard work and compassion, Landon awarded his client over $130,000 in his pocket and assisted him in setting up a savings market account.
Landon remains an outdoor enthusiast when he isn’t practicing law, and he enjoys spending his spare time hunting and fishing with his wife and daughter.
