Leah Davis Madden received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University in 2002 where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Thereafter she received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2005.
Leah Madden is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and is admitted to practice law in all Georgia State Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and in the Federal U.S. District Court for the North District of Georgia. A seasoned trial lawyer and litigator, Attorney Leah Madden has practiced criminal defense exclusively during her career throughout the State of Georgia, representing accused persons at all stages of the criminal justice process. She has extensive jury trial experience, and expertise in post conviction relief including appeals and habeas corpus petitions.
