With over a decade of experience before opening his own practice, Mr. Stiers was a partner at a prominent South Florida plaintiff's personal injury law firm where he represented individuals injured due to the negligence of others, and consumers damaged by corporate malfeasance. Prior to this experience, Eli worked for several years at a defense firm, opposing these lawsuits on behalf of corporations and insurance companies. As a result of this background, Mr. Stiers is uniquely positioned to offer his clients the benefit of his valuable experience working on both sides of civil litigation disputes.
Throughout his career, Mr. Stiers has helped individuals obtain millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements in personal injury cases, and has assisted many businesses in the defense of all manner of civil litigation. By way of education and training, Eli received his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in 1999 from the University of Florida, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003. Eli is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
