Louis Hollingsworth was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona.
A graduate of the University of Arizona, he received his Bachelor's degree in 1980, and his Juris Doctorate in 1986.
Mr. Hollingsworth began his legal career as a Deputy County Attorney in the Pima County Attorney's office. After five years as a prosecutor he became a private attorney, with an emphasis in personal injury.
Since 2002, Mr. Hollingsworth has been awarded the highest rating possible by Martindale-Hubbell, the most respected national attorney-rating firm. The “A” rating is the highest awarded for skill level while the “V” rating represents the highest score attainable for a lawyer's ethics. The rating is awarded based on a confidential peer review process.
