Attorney Lucas Cowan has been practicing law since 2016. He began his career as a prosecutor focusing on felony and misdemeanor cases for the State of Georgia. In 2019, Mr. Cowan entered private practice and began serving clients throughout the state of Georgia in criminal and civil matters. He has extensive litigation experience throughout the state of Georgia. His clients have included family owned businesses, publicly traded companies, and public figures seeking practical legal guidance. Mr. Cowan is also admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL), The National Trial Lawyers, the Gwinnett County Bar Association, and the Walton County Bar Association. If he is not in a courtroom or meeting with clients, then he enjoys watching UGA sports, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
